About the Platform “Wejhaat"
Wejhaat Platform is the electronic website of [wejhaat], of which will be defined hereinafter as: (Wejhaat, “Platform”, “Us”, Ours” and “We”). Our job is to facilitate the communication between the guides, companies and tourism agencies and the tourists in order to explore the offers and packages. As user of the Platform, you are defined hereinafter as: (“You”, Yours” and “Your’s”). Accordingly, You agree to access and use the Platform in accordance with this Terms & Conditions.
Amendments to the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, alter or amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without any notification whatsoever. Your continuing the use of the Platform shall be considered as an acceptance of the Terms & Conditions at the time of Your usage to the Platform. Any changes shall be deemed applicable at the time of its publication, and You are requested to; periodically; read and check the Terms & Condition or at any time You log-in and use the Platform.
Registration and Subscription
You shall register and create an account that includes a username and password, in order to be able to use and benefit from the Platform. Accordingly, the Your account is a non-transferable personal account. So, you cannot transfer your account to any third party. And You are solely responsible to keep Your username and password safe and secured. To become registered user, You shall provide accurate information (i.g. Name, ID, Date of Birth, Email, Mobile Number, National Address “for companies”, Credit Card or any other required information may be requested) when creating Your account. By registering and using the Platform, You undertake and acknowledge that all information provided are accurate and correct, and You did not fake any of the information or used and/or impersonating information of other people. You shall be solely responsible on protecting Your information, including but not limited to the username and password, to any third party and prevent any third party from using the Platform via Your account. By using the Platform, You undertake and acknowledge that You will continuously will update Your personal information to keep them correct and accurate, and to remain responsible of all activities within Your account during the use of the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse, amend the service and to suspend; temporarily or permanently; any account and to cancel any requests at any time subject to Our own consent without prior notice.
Services of the Platform
The Services of the Platform are:
Facilitating the communication between the guides, companies and tourism agencies and the tourists. Support and help the guides, companies and tourism agencies by displaying and offering their tourism packages and liaising such packages to the people interested in.
Intellectual Property
Wejhaat hereby retains exclusively the ownership of all rights, titles, copyrights and interest of the Platform, content, photos, logos, designs and trademarks weather registered or not and no one shall have the right to utilize and use them in any way. Nothing contained in the Platform shall grant any right or approval to utilize and use any trademarks shown in the Platform without the prior written approval of the owner of such trademark. Any unlawful use will constitute a material infringement of the Intellectual Property rights.
Viruses and Harmful Attacks
We undertake to continuously update Our anti-virus protection, but We do not guarantee in any way that the Platform is free from viruses or other destructive code. You shall not access or try to access the Platform using unauthorized or unknown servers. You must not misuse the Platform or attack it by introducing viruses, worms, bombs or other materials which is a malicious or technologically harmful. In case We suspect any of the foregoing We will report such actions to the concerned authorities and prevail Your identity.
